Lattice designed and developed OxyNow - a mobile app that connects with a lightweight, wearable ring sensor - to continuously monitor SpO2 (pulse oximetry) and heart rate.

The client organization, ZerotoOne Healthcare Private Limited, is lead by physicians with decades of experience in oncology and respiratory health. Originally conceptualized as an at-home monitoring system for COVID-19 patients, early pilot trials demonstrated that the system was useful for a broader range of respiratory conditions.

The app uses Bluetooth LE to detect and connect with the ring sensor. The system uses Firebase to log data in real-time, while remaining fault-tolerant.

 

The app has a companion web portal, where physicians can track patients, analyze data, and generate clinical reports.
